We accept returns of new items sold within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer shall pay all freight on returns unless there is a defect in the product or there is an error on the part of Door Resources.
You may submit your return request using our online return portal. Or, contact us by phone or email to request an RA number in advance of returning any product. Packages that arrive without the RA number may be refused and returned to you unopened.
Defective products may require a ticket I.D. number from the manufacturer’s technical support team.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
No returns can be accepted on electrical components.
No returns can be accepted on special order products.
It is strongly recommended that you declare a value when returning material to us that is worth more than $100 as most carriers will not cover losses over that amount without additional insurance.
