Please submit the following form to return an item. Once we receive your request we will email you the return instructions and label (if applicable) within 1 business day.
You may submit your return request above or contact us by phone to request an RA number in advance of returning any product. Packages that arrive without the RA number may be refused and returned to you unopened.
We accept returns of new items sold within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer shall pay all freight on returns unless there is a defect in the product or there is an error on the part of Door Resources.
Defective products may require a ticket I.D. number from the manufacturer’s technical support team.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
No returns can be accepted on electrical components that have been connected to power.
No returns can be accepted on special order products.
It is strongly recommended that you declare a value when returning material to us that is worth more than $100 as most carriers will not cover losses over that amount without additional insurance.
